We’ve been able to travel to several sales this year and one thing that is very obvious is that “Shorthorns Are Hot”. The good ones sell and sell well.

We’ve dug especially deep this year to offer what we think are some of the good ones. Our cattle have a track record of doing well for their owners and we intend to keep it that way.

Another milestone - the Aldens are proud of the 50th Wedding Anniversary of the heart of our program, George and Janice. Congratulations! 


Sometimes at sale time we like to recognize some people that have been very important in our lives. The sudden loss this fall of Lawrence Grathwohl has left a hole in our hearts that will never completely fill. The thousands of miles we traveled together and many friends we made are experiences that few have been lucky enough to have. The year of hot fudge cake, un-skinny bop and National Champions will never be forgotten. Thanks for being part of our family. We will miss you!
